Why each change was made, in the order of the diff:

- novathesisFiles/StyFiles/nt-core.sty: the first line is added. The LaTeX
Project Public License asks a changed file to say that it was changed and to
point to the list of its changes, which is this file.
- novathesisFiles/StyFiles/nt-core.sty: \ntcheckfonts no longer asks for
unrestricted shell escape before it looks for the font files. LaTeX.to
compiles in TeX Live's restricted mode and downloads nothing, so the Jost
fonts the class would fetch are shipped in novathesisFiles/FontStyles/Fonts,
where the check finds them. A font file that is missing still stops the
compile with the class's own message: its download routine asks for shell
escape itself. On your own computer the class works as the repository ships
it, and with -shell-escape it downloads what is missing.
