Why each change was made, in the order of the diff:

- resume-zh_CN.tex: the zh_CN-Adobefonts_external line is commented out and
  the NotoSansSC_external line, the repository's own alternative, is enabled.
  The Adobe fonts in fonts/zh_CN-Adobe may not be redistributed and are not
  shipped, and Noto Sans SC is under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- resume.cls: the line "SmallCapsFont = Fontin-SmallCaps" is removed. The
  Fontin font may not be redistributed (exljbris free font license,
  https://www.exljbris.com/eula.html), so Fontin-SmallCaps.otf is not shipped
  and the line would stop the compile. The name and the section headings now
  use the small caps of TeX Gyre Termes. To get Fontin back, download it from
  exljbris.com, add Fontin-SmallCaps.otf to fonts/Main and restore the line.
