Why each change was made, in the order of the diff:

- sample.tex: the first line is added. The LaTeX Project Public License asks a
  changed file to say that it was changed and to point to the list of its
  changes, which is this file.
- sample.tex: the photo line names placeholder-photo.png, a stand-in of our
  own for the Globe_High icon, which is not shipped here. Use it freely, or
  put your photo (a JPG or a PNG) beside sample.tex and use its name in that
  line.
